it's like, without survivors in the room or anything, without people who have/come forth with information or can act on such...there is just nothing we CAN do really...boccy boc yo. yeah that vernon train looks suspicious but it was day one, and bascially EVERY time a townie gets sacrifised there. just so we can have leads and info for day 2....but as we can see now, it hasn't helped the cause that much at all. people ought to play their roles more tightly, more efficient, you cannot act without info really, at least you can't do so accurately, without running danger of killing/lynching town. so it's up to us to play the cards right and not randomly pick people to bite the dust just so we could see who did what to either prevent or make the lynch happen. | "There he goes. I feel like you say this every game! Lynches are a necessary part of the game. You can't count on investigative roles to hand you everything on a silver platter. If you don't lynch, then every day is like day 1, and that gets you nowhere. Even if the Vernon lynch didn't yield any immediate info, there's still the possibility that we can look back on it later after other lynches and see patterns emerge

Also I feel like Henry is acting more like his scum self than his town self this game. But that's purely based on metagaming so I won't act on it... YET!

but lynching is TOWN'S main weapon against scum...not a toy to play around with....lel. I don't count on having everything handed to me on a silver platter, I expect people to stick their heads together. and if you mostly look at patterns of trains, you'll run out of lynches to "check up on" your suspects. yes at some point epople can use their roles precisely to make sense out of the confusion and random guessing and decision making...but this rarely happens.
pardon me for trying to play it right, over and over again | "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die."

I joined the Vernon lynch because I didn't want it to be a no-lynch day due to the plurality rules, and Vernon was getting the majority anyway.
Besides, if you think about it, scum didn't have to bother jumping on the Vernon train. They could just as easily have cast their votes onto other people, knowing full well that Vernon would probably be lynched no matter what. |
