You can have some of mine. I typically work a 50 hour week as a minimum, some times upwards of 60-65 depending on what project I'm working on.

So i have a girl that works for me (i only have 5 employees and 3 of them are full time) She is full time and asked me to take two weeks off at the end of October.

She doesnt have vacation yet so it would be unpaid, which she is fine with i guess.

I told her I'd try to work something out to see what i could do in the most friendly and professional way possible.

Her replay was "well i hope i get it off because it would suck to have to call off sick for two straight weeks"


And i just stared at her like BITCH, IMA FIRE YO ASS. But then i acted all professional and shit and now I'm looking for someone to hire to slowly phase in as a replacement.
