Abducted in Plain Sight. True crime doc about a pedophile who gets very close with a family so he can prey on their daughter

Good.........GOD

You would not believe the wild shit that goes down in this one. It almost felt like a parody sketch at times, it was ridiculous

We just watched this and all I can say is, what the fuck. Had to pause about 4 times within the first 15 minutes becuase it's absolutely absurd. I've never been more frustrated with a documentary.

Life of Brian

Had its moments but it doesn't come close to Holy Grail for me

Kingdom of Heaven (Directors Cut) 2005 - 7/10

Shout out to Hodie.
Ridley Scott epic. Could have been so much more. Based on actual historic events. The acting could have been better, Liam Neeson was the shining star and he wasn’t around long. Orlando Bloom is so not a good actor.

Shazam

...not too great!

No idea what the hype was all about. The humor mostly fell so flat, about 1 in every 30 jokes landed and the rest were cringey. Levi was good and the kid from It was good. Everything else was pretty corny and cliche. My theater was DYING and me and my buddy were so confused. They could’ve been a lot more clever and fun with the Big element

idk I thought it was fun enough, a decent amount of the humor felt like a less cringy version of Deadpool to me. And I really liked the opening sequence. Definitely started to lose me in the third act tho

Brigsby Bear - dope as shit

Shoplifters - good, almost felt like a Japanese version of The Florida Project in some aspects

mid90s - p good but could've been more, Lucas Hedges' character especially could've been explored more. I liked a lot of ELEMENTS of it but it felt incomplete

It was wonderful. About what I expected from a Good Neighbor made movie comedy-wise but with some genuine HEART on top of that

Blood Simple. The Coen bros' first movie. It was pretty dope. The seedy PI was a great character and the final showdown was perfect. Shades of No Country for Old Men at the end

About Time - 2013 9/10.

This movie caught me off guard. It was a bit sappy but it’s really good.
Oh and no matter how much they tried to dress down Rachel McAdams, she was still smoking.

The Deer Hunter

ppppppp good. More effecting by the time it was over than I thought it’s be. De Niro and Walken both kill it, De Niro is such a natural

I dunno, I didn't like it at all. I've been looking forward to it since it was announced. After being kind of eh on it throughout, I was hoping the trial would make up for it and then Sheldon Cooper ended up being the prosecutor and I lost the rest of my hype.

Definitely a choice. And I didn't love it watching the whole way through, I just liked the concept of how they portrayed it. I probably won't watch it again.

I liked it, but I know very little about Bundy. My daughter hated it, but she has researched Bundy a lot and was turned off by all the inaccuracies.

I thought Malkovich was awesome as the judge.
