Bake it, scoop out the middle, add sour cream bacon, Milk.. mash it all together, stuff it back in the potato skin, top with cheeses rebake, take it out and top it with some fresh scallions. They're pretty amazing.

There's also a twice baked potato soup that's even better.

It's actually kind of a lot of work to make and do correctly. That said they sell it in a tube like cookie dough, but it's godawful.

They haven't layered in cheese or baked it into a pie yet. What you are looking at is basically the batter. Edible and filling, but not really polenta yet.

I guess it's still polenta, but just the basic corn meal mush. It has much more potential especially if it's a consistency thing for you.

Pumpkin anything. lol I started with the peach pie, which made me think of other pies, like pumpkin pie, which made me think of pumpkin seeds, which made me think of sunflower seeds.

I've had pumpkin cheesecake before, and pumpkin spice doughnuts, and flavoured coffees.

You can roast pumpkin like you would other squash. It's good for a soup or a hash.
