I'm not opposed to lifting it in all seriousness. just so it's pointed out -- the My anal fissures are acting up thing happened after darkus was banned. most people from GLB are familiar with the meme and frankly the overreaction here was kinda weird. it's just a way to say hello to mods and admins. also, the smiting buffy thing happened well before darkus had ever heard of FE. in fact, it happened before darkus even began playing mafia. not sure why multiple years are being collapsed into a single week here, but it underscores my belief that y'all were just looking for a scapegoat and settled on darkus. also, tempbans typically only work if there's some communication first. otherwise there's no way for the person to know that the ban is only temporary. and it's tough for someone to change their behavior if they're never given a chance. all that said, darkus doesn't really forum anymore so i doubt he cares. and if he's unbanned, i wouldn't expect much posting volume if any. he'll play games (like the hollywood alias game), but only if he's available. he'll make political threads on occasion, but he's a bleeding heart extreme left looney libtard and i know that's a showstopper for some people. so whatever, do what you want. it's your call what kind of forum you want.

darren is old FFA tho. he didn't start posting on darkus' site until after darkus found out about GLB mafia. and darren was posting here well before any of the new FFA had heard of FE.

i know it's confusing for FE, but you can't just lump all the outsiders together and blame one of them for all their sins.

You didn't seem to realize there were 2 different smiting of Buffy instances. The GLB one and then a couple years later the FFA one.

yeah, the "Buffy/JJ Counter" thread was december 2015, which was almost half a year before i joined GLB mafia, which was before darren joined darkus' forum and darkus joined GLB mafia, which was well before darkus had ever heard of FE (which i know because i was the one who invited him).

so there's almost a year gap between smitegate/chickenshit and darkus' arrival. one has nothing to do with the other, save for the fact that i heard about FE on GLB and that's how darkus was informed.

P&R was mostly where I lurked, but rarely posted. FFA was so stupid I couldn't handle stepping foot in there.
