In theory, I agree with you that the lot of them are terrible and need to go. But, if there is anything that the last 2 years has taught us, is that installing people into political positions with no experience isn't exactly a great thing either. The house is already screwed up when the people there have some semblance of how to govern. Replace them with 400 (or however many reps there are) newbs, and you think anything will get done? They'll end up spending the whole first year figuring out where the shitter is in the capitol building, then year 2 is all about getting reelected.

Now, that said, having pre-determined term limits would go a long way to helping this issue. Being a congressperson should not be a career. It's a temporary appointment.

I say we rejoin Great Britain they don't seem to have any issues.
