I watched some movie on Netflix about a dinner party with couples and friends who put their phones on the table for the night and play a game where they read every text and take every call as a group.

Uhh... for some reason I thought it was a horror movie. And I kept waiting for something to kick off... It was kind of tense like The Invitation so I just knew it was gonna happen and before I knew it people were learning lessons and hugging and shit and the movie was over.

Do not recommend. It was called Nothing to Hide I think.

I saw it the other day too, I liked it.

When you watch the first one be on the lookout for the Nazi undertones (:

Wife is making me watch Crazy Rich Asians. Someone kill me

My Asian coworker loved it and urged me to see it, he even offered to give me free tickets to see it.

I said I would if he also paid me.

Send the tickets to me.

Are you going to pay me?

If I get a discount.

I watched Searching. I thought it was going to be better than it was. It was okay, though.

Love this movie- lingering fifty minute shots of Naomi Watts struggling to stand up and all.

god I've never been more disturbed after watching a movie than that one even though it was pretty SUBDUED violence-wise. Though that probably was to its advantage if anything...like with a certain

I'm watching the original Superman. It's almost the 40 year anniversary.

Saw Diverge tonight, an indie sci fi from 2016. Damn good I thought.

Also watched Alpha, a movie about a caveman who befriends a doge. It was quite silly at times but entertaining.

Margot Kidder and Christopher Reeve had such great chemistry.
A couple of the special effects leave a bit to be desired, but it still holds up well today.

Yup, the fog was smoke from the cremation oven getting its spook on with reckless abandon.

I had no idea where it was going, and wouldn't have guessed where it ended up.
