I thought we already did a condiments discussion in the "Hot or Not" food thread?

I tried hot dog chili on my hot dog for the first time a few weeks ago. It wasn't bad.

Which reminds me I love sour cream now and I used to not go anywhere near it. I thought Sour Cream was actually sour. And would taste like some hybrid of ranch and a cocktail sauce. I drench everything in sour cream now. This is month four of my Sour Cream adventures.

FYI, I met this kid when he was grown-up, in his mid-late 20's, working at a used car lot in Portland.

Try adding minced garlic and lime zest to it (if you're having something like tacos that that goes with). It's a game changer.

You had me at minced garlic but yes I'll look into this zest
