They seem vry unrelated and I thought for sure Buffy's meant that she couldn't have her lie detect action sent to someone else via the puppet master. I guess it's kinda like...a perk of Buffy's role? That she can't be sent out to do the kill? I don't see why exactly but MEH! I guess puppet master really is dead

Puppet Master here very likely chooses one player and then forces them to use their role on a second player. They wouldn't know what the role does Herm was a 3x redirector. He would choose a player and send whatever was being done to that player to a second player instead So they're actually different. I GUESS both could be Town but that doesn't seem as likely to me. At the same time we haven't seen a single scummy example of a night action redirection yet
