From a mod perspective, putting a Miller in a game with a Lie Detector, is pretty lolsy. You'd have to be uber-careful with your lie detecting to get a real answer.

--If you'd lie detect the statement "I am Town" from a Miller, I'd say you should get a "Truth" result, because the statement only applies to alignment, not role or role action.

--If you'd lie detect the statement "I scan as Town" from a Miller, I'd say you should get a "Lie" result, because the statement has to do with a role or role action, not just alignment.

Functionally, they are the same statements from the player, but this is a way in which you could get different results.

I believe Christian, but I think Jamie could actually be a miller, depending on how the hosts deal with lie detector being an investigative role. There’s only one way to find out.

I could see it, which is the 1% chance I was talking about earlier, but what if I had selected a different type of statement? How could that one instance be the only one that is conditional?

But again. Even if he was told. Why not just come out with it. It would make people speculate regardless sure, but hinting at a role like that seems more sus.

it also may cause a cop or other type of investigative role to waste a night action if they don't just come right out and say it.
