You then cut into smaller bits after. You can also use two tortillas, fry, then cut into smaller bits to eat. But at no time is slicing required to put the filling in. 1. I prefer fluffy tortillas. 2. I would never fold my quesadilla because then it may be uneven, and more apt to open up while cooking.

just stick another tortilla on top, because then you get twice the same quesadilla for the same amount of cooking.

Just like I prefer to bake small loaves of bread, never slice them, and make a non-sandwich that way.

Real question:

If I rip open my hot dog bun, instead of slicing it, then have I successfully kept it from being a god damn sandwich, Vlady?

I don't really know, but I think the idea of calling a hot dog a sandwich just really grinds my gears and forced an aggressive reaction.

Depends how far you rip it. If you rip it into two piece of bread you now have a sandwich.
