Why did they change Sansa's "engagement" to Willas Tyrell to Loras? Wasn't part of Sansa's relucatance because it was Willas and NOT Loras? Also marrying her to a third-born son rather than the heir to Highgarden? I get Loras is more in viewers minds but idk...

The Dany scene was so much more epic then I remembered it to be. Forgot Mormont died so early :(

And in the books did Theon ever reveal to Ramsey (I assume thats who that boy is) that he didn't actually kill Bran/Rickon?

Oh god. Seeing the series makes you realize just how fast paced SoS was.

Loved the Craster's Keep scene, and I got chills from Dany's.

It's Ramsay's idea in the books to kill the orphans. Ramsay and his guys get to Winterfell a lot sooner in the books.

The ending scene was fantastic and kind of counterracted my sadness but damn. I'll miss him a lot. The scenes with Jaime are good. Didn't like the Bran scenes at all. They've dropped the ball on that by introducing the Reeds too late in the story so now they have to rush them into being characters.

The brotherhood without banners is great. Beric vs. Sandor is going to be a really interesting fight. Theon scenes were the usual meh. Varys was completely on form this episode as well. I was hoping they weren't just going to forget about his origin story.

I finished Clash of Kings last night as well. I'm not gonna wait for the show, I'll probably just dive right into Storm of Swords and overtake it. Mostly because I quite like seeing things happen in the show after I've read them and because it means I have a better grasp of the characters. I think it helps the plots sit better when you have a bit more of the background.

PS: I now share in the disappointment that Strong Belwas won't appear.

The Crows scene was insane. My jaw was on the floor. I went from really happy that that one guy stopped taking shit from Craster, to REALLY sad when Jeor died. Damn. The Wildings are gonna have quite a bit of an easier time overtaking the Wall now! The Theon twist was awesome. I didn't really believe the guy about being sent by Yara, especially since he said "Winter is coming". Didn't think he'd actually be leading him back to the same place though. I don't get what the point of all that was with him killing his own guys though? Like... wouldn't he WANT them to capture him? Unless those guys chasing Theon weren't actually his captors? I'm so confused. Even though it wouldn't make any sense for her to win I wanted to see Arya take down The Hound so badly (: Can't wait to watch that fight though. The stuff in King's Landing was great too. Loved Tywin shutting Cersei down. And Margaery continues to be awesome. It's so entertaining watching her work her magic on Joffrey. I have a feeling it's gonna become Tywin vs. Margaery soon in the BATTLE FOR JOFFREY. That'd be interesting. I actually saw that ending coming because I remembered Grim posting that gif in the House of the Undying (: Still was awesome though. Dany tossing the whip aside at the end was so badass
