Directly after Rick's speech the Governer's ears were ringing like they were when he shot all those people at the end of the last season. I knew Hershel was dead then.
But seriously, the prison sustained almost no deaths while everyone invading got F'ed up.

There was blood, but no carcas. I'm almost positive she's alive. I think the girls got her.

It's because they had protocols about it, and everyone rushed to the bus and stuff. Maybe when it comes back they'll say they lost a few people. I'm sure some sick people died/got left behind.

Tyrese's daughter or sister or whatever, alcoholic guy from The Wire, and ... Maggie(?) looked to be one group. Rick and Carl looked to be a pair. Beth and Daryl. Tyrese and the two kids with guns. And everyone else on the bus, I think. Michonne in there somewhere. I might not have followed it all.

An African American guy with a bolt action rifle died. And some other non important characters. But that was it.

My brother said the prison group mentioned a plan with the boys, so I think they'll all reunite.

NPCs are my favorite characters on the show.

So glad they got a new showrunner. This is how Season 3 should've ended.
