The normal address was working for a long time, with the IP as an alternative. The IP is different now because we switched servers.

I can't seem to post on my phone anymore. All the buttons turn non-interactive and I can interact with the quick reply box either. Basically anytime I go into a thread, I can't do anything but read it.

Might be your phone. Mine gets like that, usually restarting the phone or clearing out the cache of the browser fixes it. I don't think its ever gone completely unresponsive to me pushing stuff, but when that happens for me it takes multiple tries and holding down on buttons and sometimes using a different finger. It sucks

I haven't been able to watch videos posted on NDIM on my phone. Is there a way around this or is just that way? not a ~huge~ deal just curious tbh

You should be able to change the settings in your profile to the right timezone. It's fine for me but you might have the wrong daylight savings settings

This is late but I also have the video issue. I can still click on the video and watch it but it's invisible.
