The Sonic answer stinks, pretty confident of that one. Other one isn't clear to me at all. I hate defaulting to Ahoda and tbh, he looked okay for a long time for me. SMB is such a generic answer though. The only people I know who say Super Mario Brothers are their favorite game ever are 80's kids who didn't play video games into the 90's. Ahoda, however, is a gamer.

I'm 40. Its nostalgia. It was my childhood. I play it on the switch with my wife and kids. They love it too. Played more hours of Mario in my life then any other game.

BTW the Mario kart live game is the tits. Its so much fun. It's pricey at 100 per car but its awesome

Can't say I'm familiar with sonic's smell that's the part of the fandom I avoid.

Here's a true story about the day I got my first NES.


I got $100 for my birthday and we went to toys r us. It was 1987. My relatives were in town to celebrate. Came home with the system and we decided to take the boat out and do some tubing. Of course my alcoholic father was drunk and driving the boat.

You can see where this is going.

It was my sister's turn and she was flying around the lake and she got spun off. Circling back around my dad ran over her leg and chopped up the back of her right leg pretty good. I vividly remember her coming up screaming about her leg. I also remember sitting next her with my cousins and we played the fuck out of mario.
