Could Herm be a Miller-type role? Appears as Mafia to Jamie when they had their Zersch-inspired dinner, yet is confirmed to me as Town, because I'm now tied to him?
I don't know much of anything about PBS Kids shows, but wasn't Arthur the character who people didn't always treat well, yet he was trying to do good? I could see a miller-type role for a character like that. | | |

If anything I see Arthur being tied to his best friend, Buster Baxter, who was Primate. Buster and Arthur wore slippers of each other.
