Yeah all of my super liberal friends in London have been posting that petition to ban Trump from visiting and although I think Boris Johnson is a giant goon, I agreed with his point that African dictators already make state visits and nobody causes an uproar.

Makes more sense to just put pressure on the government to not make concessions of Trump/denounce his immigration ban rather than barring the asshole from making a visit entirely.

So the left got Uber to remove himself from the Trump advisory board. Celebration was heard. I fail to see the benefit of this. Other than it just shows how powerful and scary social media is.
