Alia swung her longsword true, cutting cleanly through the giant's neck in one wondrous strike. It's baffled expression got moreso as its head soared into the air and fell wetly, rolling on the dirt road some feet away. Her sword sparked with electricity, with power, as her whole being vibrated. The giant's body began to fall, and when it did, Alia brought her sword down again, skewering it in the chest, bathing her blade in blood, and feeling the power of her kill flow through her.

There can be only one.

Alia whipped her long black hair back from her face, breathing heavily, as she looked past and saw some strange figures in the distance. Were these friends of the giant? More creatures sent to fight her? She could not tell, and so she moved to the trees to her right, believing they would provide some cover should anything else come out to attack her.

"Claudius, did you see that!?" Vera asked out loud. "Someone just swooped in and decapitated that big ogre without even breaking a sweat!"

Vera looked at her bow, wondering if she had been using it correctly. "Oh well." She turned to Wolphorio.

"Thank you for saving my life back there, kind sir.... eh wolf." She smiled. "I never would've made it without you."

Vera was wondering who that girl was and why she was hiding. Perhaps it wasn't the smartest thing to go and look through the bushes right now.

"Soooo, I'm gonna check out that place where this big ogre guy was sleeping at. I think I spotted some kind of javelin and a bunch of clothes, if I remember correctly."

Claudius ran up to Wolphoro and sniffed his leg. "Oh, seems like Claudius likes you in this form." She paused. "You can tag along if you want."
