Coco
overall quite LOVELY and the setting/visuals/theme were all perfect but it doesn't compare to Pixar's classics imo. Still good. No big emotional pull for me though like some of Pixar's greats

For a second I had the Coco Chanel story in mind and was like "WTF?"

The World's End.
It made me laugh a few times, and I loved how quickly it turned serious in the Gents.

I liked it but it wasn't that great. I heard how "amazing" it was but I thought it was "good."

While it is the weakest of the Cornetto Trilogy, it is still pretty good. I also LMAO when he's running around in a Sisters of Mercy t-shirt years later. | How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat? |

The Post
Liked it quite a bit. A lot more than I thought I would actually. It's VRY timely!
Spielberg's direction was great. Acting was great. I was about to say that this was somehow the first Meryl Streep movie I've seen....ever. But apparently she was the second lead in Adaptation which shows how little I remember about that movie. So this is the only Streep performance that I can recall seeing which is pretty crazy
The cast was INSANE. Every bit role was someone extremely capable. Look at this:
Meryl Streep as Katharine Graham
Tom Hanks as Ben Bradlee
Sarah Paulson as Antoinette "Tony" Pinchot Bradlee
Bob Odenkirk as Ben Bagdikian
Tracy Letts as Fritz Beebe
Bradley Whitford as Arthur Parsons
Bruce Greenwood as Robert McNamara
Matthew Rhys as Daniel Ellsberg
Alison Brie as Lally Graham
Carrie Coon as Meg Greenfield
Jesse Plemons as Roger Clark
David Cross as Howard Simons
Michael Stuhlbarg as A. M. Rosenthal
Zach Woods as Anthony Essaye
Every other minute someone else great would show up. Crazy ensemble

Also liked it more than I thought I would. I'm a huge fan of Punch Drunk Love by PTA and this had the same sorta.......something to it, hard to put into words really. I can't imagine I'll ever revisit it but the performances were really good and it looked great
