Apologize for what? His claim still doesn't make sense with what he's even claimed so far.

Vernon seems to be more catious than normal, so that's either a new tactic or he's scum and doesn’t want to be too OTT.

I came up with a really plausible theory but I see it's not full proof and MAN this game makes your mind go crazy with scenarios. Basically the question with Herm is if we buy his claim.

Probably right about that. Of the 3, jj seems to be the least committed. Having to be talked into it, using her kill on you after others failed, etc... then again, that's kind of her style so who knows. I would prefer to look at others not involved in the herm gangbang fiasco.
