The problem is that DS has already set himself up for being both wrong and right:

1. he claims he will be fully cleared if/when spin flips scum - as some of you will recall, self-clearing attempts always set of my scumdar;
2. he claims that there is no way he would do this if he's not town daycop, so if spin flips town, then he's set it up for "another explanation".

It's from that scene in Princess Bride with the wine in the cup with one being poisoned. The whole idea is basing decisions based on what one perceives another would do in the situation, or what one perceives another would do based on what someone else perceives they may do in the situation, or .... and it goes on and on in circles.

If anyone but DS was doing this, I'd assume this was a super obvious jester play.

I can't believe that people are buying what DS is selling right now.

DS, you hit the nail on the head that you pretty much ARE the boy who cried wolf to me. You use a ridiculous amount of wifom to the point where I pretty much base my read of you solely on my general impression of your behavior instead of basing it off particular information you try and put forward (unless it's been very clearly established that you are town). You also used the justification that you'd never act this way if you were scum.... which is what scum usually say when they are either trying to distance or pull wifom bullshit.

Anyone remember the whole 'flinching' ordeal that dominated the first half of SSB maf? At the time I thought that the 'flinching' claim was too obscure for DS to have come up with on his own and claim for no real reason, so I believed it at the time (I was a naive young lad back then). But this Day Cop claim is giving me a similar impression. If you're really a day cop, you picked the least convincing way ever to try and deliver your information.

Basically DS, I think you're full of BS.
