Logan Lucky

v. fun. Didn't realize until afterwards that it was a Soderbergh movie, explains the Ocean's Eleven vibes I got throughout it. Just purely entertaining throughout

It became a running joke between me and one of my friends that I'd never seen it.

v. enjoyable, will watch again

actually similarly I was forced to watch the Oceans trilogy for the first time the other week. Oddly Ocean's Twelve is the only one I REALLY enjoyed, was surprised to see that was the worst received. Eleven was alright and Thirteen kinda sucked

Watched Ragnarok. It was good but everyone hyped it up and it fell well short for me. I'm definitely excited to watch Black Panther and the next Avengers movie.

Some movie about a haunted bank vault with James Franco. I think it was called The Haunted Bank Vault. About as good as it sounds.

Yup, it’s one of the big ones in the award cycle this season. It’s really great. I loved In Bruges but have only seen bits of Seven Psychopaths and it didn’t grab me really, I’ll give it another shot

Ye4ah, I pretty much ignore the oscars and awards shows in general unless I have to work them. I remembered the trailer for this movie now, but it was a "wait for video" one in my mind.

Seven Psychopaths is worth watching all the way through. There are a few twist reveals throughout the movie that make it fun. Don't want to give any spoilers, but the characters are all pretty awesome. Add to it that the writer from the story happens to be an Irish guy with the same name as the actual movie writer/director and it is that much more fun to think it is at least semi-autobiographical.

Once, from the director of Sing Street

ehhh, wasn't super into it and watched it pretty casually. It's sorta like one long music video with small bits of plot/characterization in between which is kinda nice but kinda not all that exciting. It doesn't help that I only really loved one (maybe two) songs. The one I love is rly good though
