Stephen has pretty much only pushed the chaos team angle today, which makes me think he's mafia.

I don't believe that the broadcaster announcement is a definite hit on Zach, as I said earlier, but I really don't like the princess claim, and I REALLY don't like whomever it was that said "no way Zach comes up with that on his own". Um, he'd have the mafia board to help him if it's a fake claim.

I considered claiming right away today, but really did NOT want to unless I had absolutely had to. Now I did, and we got a lot of juicy reactions and info (that you'll all have a lot of extra time to look into if you lynch me :xxx )

It was Merc that made that statement about Zach not coming up with that as a fake claim. Every time I start thinking you are town Merc...

I also don't like that ANgi how now changed her story on what happened to her N1 gift/invention. First it was thrown away and gone, and now suddenly, "oh, well, I mean it's still out there I guess, I was just saying what the mods said". That's a reversal of what you said, Angi. Feels like a scum slip to me.

This post right here helps illustrate the reasons why I don't really buy the Princess claim.

1) If your Princessness activates upon death OR Lynch (which, btw, is supremely rare), then why are you alive? If you were killed N3, then we would've skipped today, and the Mafia would've gotten to kill tonight. I do get that would be one less kill for them, but it would be a guaranteed two kills, instead of a potential three kills. After all, the only way to get all three kills is for you to die during the day, and since nobody really discussed you as a suspect before the message today, it wouldn't have been likely that you would be the target. Is the potential for one additional kill worth giving up two kills and setting this all up? I mean, the moment you claim Princess, most people avoid lynching you, so there's no way the Mafia would be able to get that third kill. Making this all a waste.

2) With your claim being out, there's no real way for you to be targeted by anyone. At night, Town power is going to protect you, and since we know the Mafia Strongman killed Mittens (on account of Mittens being dead despite his role), Mafia should have no way to be able to get past the protection that ought to be on you. And as for the Day, nobody wants a dead Princess, giving the Mafia a free kill, so it's not likely people would want to risk Lynching you. Princess thus becomes the perfect claim for scum to make. Which brings me to...

3) Why were you called out as Scum in the message? Who benefits from that? If you're Town Princess, then whoever made that message had to know your role, and know that killing you would be beneficial to their game. The Mafia wouldn't benefit, because the instant you claim, you're not getting targeted. The Chaos Team wouldn't benefit, because a skipped day gives any killers another free shot at taking one of them out. The Town wouldn't benefit, because....well, no shit we know why Town doesn't benefit. I can't think of a single reason why that message calling you out would show up. Of course, I'm assuming that whoever has that role isn't playing an incompetent game and actually has info to back it up....

...so yeah. I don't believe you. And I'm going to vote accordingly.

again, helios, I think it's totally possible scum didn't know my role. I was just offering that as a theory as to why I was targeted, because in reality I still don't really have an idea. Your points make it more likely that scum or chaos team just picked me at random.

well I don't really know what else to say. I think voting Angi is the best bet we have given the information we got from today, but if y'all wanna vote me and lose a day tomorrow then so be it. Well the only major storyline that has happened today is the anonymous leak claiming Zachary is mafia. There are two likely options:

- Zachary is mafia

or

- Zachary isn't mafia.

Earlier it was brought up that DS had a role that caught people and basically was a way to "out" people to the public and the odds of two roles that work in a similar fashion that are town sided aren't likely. This means that there is a chance that the leak is chaos team -- which, in turn, caused chaos. I based my thoughts on this round off of thoughts of others and made a decision to bring the idea to the forefront. I'm not the only one who has said it, though. Also, if Zachary was mafia -- I was all for lynching him until it came up that he could be princess which wouldn't be entirely in best interest to lynch, especially if there's roles that can block attacks on the princess.

If Zachary isn't mafia -- it's likely that chaos team sent the report out IF Zachary's princess claim is true**

Just from my playing experience, almost every Princess I've seen had to be Lynched to activate. Some could be triggered by any death, but most were via Lynch. If the Mafia metagame has shifted so that it's the opposite now...that'd be news to me.
