ptown = just walk down burnside. bring your deck, eat some pigeon, wash out the pigeon taste at a brewery (there's one every block), throw stuff at the tourists taking pictures at the "keep portland weird" sign, do i ching in chinatown, wander through powell's and pretend you're a local

seattle = go to the former site of gastropod, bemoan that it's gone, then go to mollusk and join the chorus of people loudly complaining that travis kukull was a victim of his own success, completely missed the point, and absolutely ruined everything.

vancouver = get an angle grinder, steal a bike, go to east hastings, and swap it for some fentanyl. if you're lucky, you might get some carfentanil and will never want to leave. if you're unlucky and it's just heroin, shoot up at the safe injection site and then go to davie and get aids from a passable asian CD/MTF

yes, they were. if you skate, you already know about burnside and yes, you can order pigeon at le pigeon and i'm sure you've heard of powell's already
