Claimed wut? You mean just Mason or did he claim Vanilla? Zook and im317 were both Mason but had actual roles too

Seems a strange claim to make up.

TIB it's a treestump, it's a common role. You don't quit, you confirm yourself as town and help out how you can with ideas and theories at the expense of your vote and number

Treestump usually becomes BP though...and can be triggered anytime. Seems odd to give treestump the name of another role.

Well that's EXACTLY what they did! Like I said it might be to fit the game theme a bit better than a tree. Hermit sounds more appropriate

Curtis announced in his claim, as has been pointed out already, that he was a typical Hermit. Given that he knows what an actual Hermit role does (it's been in several ATTWS games), it seems odd that he would call his version of the role typical, when it sounds more like a tree stump, as he now admits.

Doesn't make sense.

Not sure what to make of it either, cuz it seems like a really silly mistake to make if he is scum trying to pass off a fake claim.

our idea of common role is different.

I'd say it was the most ridiculous thing ever if someone hadn't claimed scavenger.
