I've never punched glass either or anything that I know would hurt or break my hand, even when I'm angry because I too am able to think through the consequences of that action. :P
True! - the story behind this is that the internet connection back in my home in India used to be terrible. Everytime my connection dropped it would take about 5 mins to get back on. And everytime that happened as I was downloading something, it would piss me off to no end and I'd bang my hand on the glass window next to my desk. This had happened for a few months so the window had taken a lot of hits as is. And then one day as I struck it, the glass broke. There was a small hole in it and my wrist was bleeding for a bit. Nothing serious. Replacing the window cost like couple thousand rupees. I had a picture of it in my old phone but alas. That phone was stolen when I was in college. RIP

True! - It was a very popular festival in India called Ganesh Chaturthi and it involved transporting a clay idol of Lord Ganesha to the local lake as a way of saying goodbye. People danced on the streets in front of the huge truck used to transport it. I had gotten tired from dancing so I climbed on to the top of the truck because the view was nice. Then as the truck was about to head to the lake I was being told by my friends that if I don't get down now I'll have to go with all the way to the lake and back. It was pretty late in the night and I didn't wanna do that so I just jumped off and onto the road. While doing it I didn't even realize how high it was I just didn't wanna drive all the way to the lake. I didn't hurt anything since I was very light so my body weight didn't crush my legs (thankfully) it was only after I looked up I realized how high it actually was.
Bonus: I did it again a couple years later in our building where there was a sizeable vertical drop from the ground to the opening of the basement garage. I think it may have been closer to 12 feet than 15.
I have never failed at any exam or test in an academic setting

False! - while I'm generally super smart and academically sound, my first year of College had a bump. It was the subject of Applied Physics which had nothing to do with what my specialization was gonna be so I didn't care for it. I also hated the professor so I would miss most of the classes. It happened to be the last paper of the first semester and I was already mentally checked out and enjoying my vacation so studying felt a bit short and I ended up failing by maybe 8 points or something. I retook the subject in the 2nd semester and passed easily.
I also had a C- and a D grade class in my Masters. One of them was in my first Quarter and I didn't know what I was doing (a theme!) and the other was just a completely horrible subject that I had to take to check off my mandatory classes.
I taught myself skiing and recorded myself coming down a slope with just my phone without falling face first
