Yes and yes

This season so far is nowhere near as good as season 1.

I think Allie and Dave have some of the best chemistry so it sucks we're missing so much of that. Also Ells and what's her name had a cool thing going and it seems that was completely dropped. Ells in general they are really fucking up.

Mike's had some really good stuff this season, so has Dave obviously, but GATA by far is the star. The Bar Mitzvah ending was great.

S2 finale:


oh shittt, it's been clear that Aly is seeing someone and I've been waiting to see who it was (I thought it would be Elz), and it's JIM CUMMINGS! Director/actor that I really like. He hasn't been in much though, mostly just his own two movies. That was a fun surprise, I wonder if he'll be around in s3

S2 finale:


I loooved that final scene. Great lil twist. And the fact that that's why Gata was crying, because he was about to perform. Wonderful

First few eps were good, but I reallyyyy liked the second half of the season. I'd have to rewatch s1 again but I'd say the back half of s2 was the best stretch of the show so far. Some surprisingly tense moments pulled off really well. Somehow an accidental text to Doja Cat became one of the most stressful moments I've seen on TV in some time. WHAT A SAVE!

Gata stole the season, he's a great actor and I love that they recognized it as the season went on

Oh cool there's a thread for this. I've been watching it and have been hooked from episode 1. The sense of humor is right up my alley and the episodes are surprisingly very well written. They all have really great structure and they are great at delivering a payoff you didn't even know you were waiting for. I'm very pleasantly surprised with it. I'm early in season 2 still. Glad to hear 3 dropped

the evolution of dave episode was super Birdman-esque and an incredible episode of television

Very consistent season so far, the recent storm ep was great

Gata continues to crush it
