I would say 90% of the songs I love were forgettable to me on first listen (in general not just from these playlists). I never realize how much I enjoy a song until the second or third listen

Which is why I listen to these playlists 2-3 times usually, maybe skipping the songs I hated on the first listen.

If I don't like a song immediately I never listen to it again.

I can't have always been this way though, because I hated Comfortably Numb and Stairway To Heaven the first time I heard them.
