Maddie told me if I didn’t vote for this she would murder my family. I had no choice.

But when I broke the tie lamps choice was the other one and the song he posted was atrocious. That rappers voice was terrible and Maddie’s posted song sounded better to me

Hey I like that song :(

I have been listening to my own choice too btw and am enjoying Roo Panes' much more than that one. > 10 rap songs that sound similar is just not for me, I didn't mind giving it a try though.

As much as I wasn't really a fan of this album, it seems I was the most generous with my rating :P

I keep forgetting to listen to the sample tracks

You should listen to the sample tracks. That's why they're there! :P

also, Tiger Striped Sky was the leading single from that album, which kinda makes sense.

Hey I just asked Ahoda if he'd voted yet!

One of Roo Panes' songs kept coming up on my Spotify Daily Mix, so I just picked one of his albums to try out. I hadn't listened to it before this.

I think "Tiger Striped Sky" and "Little Giant" have both come up on my Daily Mix before, actually.

Kk time for my review.

I like it. It's in my comfort zone, beautiful vocals, beautiful songs. I didn't really get bored (maybe a little) none of the four times I listened to it and I will most likely listen to this album again in the future. In particular when I'm in the office, trying to focus on my work. It's perfect for that.

Stand out songs is hard for me, because a LOT of songs stood out, and the other half was a bit boring, repetitive.

The biggest problem I have is with a song like "Different Child", at which point I realized there's a lot of "oooohooo aaaahoooo oooohooo"'s in a lot of songs. I like the oooohooo's in Little Giant, but after I while I'm done with them and want it to stop.

Know me Well is a standout song for me, as it grows and grows every time I hear it. It's so beautiful.

Then I really like Indigo's Home, but it gets beaten by better songs...

Little Giant, the title track, is the first song I added to my spotify favorites. Instantly liked it. May get a bit repetitive after a while due to the oooohoooo's.

Once is a really beautiful song, but it's too long.

Tiger Striped Sky is the catchiest song of the album, and at that point of the album there really needed to be a catchier song because it starts to get a little dull.

Sing for the Wind also stood out to me, nice song.

Ran Before The Storm starts a little slow, but is a perfect closer to the album. Certainly a stand out song, even though it's a bit long.

If I had to choose I would say:
1. Know me Well
2. Tiger Striped Sky
3. Ran before the storm

It's between a 7 and 8 for me. I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend, because there are other albums I would recommend first. It's not really life changing and it gets a little dull towards the end I guess, so that makes it a good 7. I do see where some of y'all are coming from and I understand the criticism, but don't really agree with it.

I think as individual songs, there's nothing wrong with them. I think I just don't like them as a collective album...

Wasn’t for me. I wouldn’t turn it off if I was listening to it. But it was just boring and not memorable.

Vocals were good though.

gave it a 5

thought it was a good album but just too meloncholy for my tastes. Needed a couple upbeat faster songs. He is a good musician and songs were good.

I gave it a 6. Favorite song was “Know Me Well” by a long shot, will highlight some others later.
