Since TIB didn't step up for today, I'm still on the clock. Last week, I asked everyone what two meats they would pick for their ultimate BBQ dinner. This week, we are visiting the all important side dishes. To some, this is even more important than the meat, and can really set a good BBQ apart. No, greens are things like Turnip Greens and other similar "lettuce-like" things that get boiled with a ham hock or something for like ever before you eat them.

Coleslaw is absolutely disgusting

the amount of coleslaw that has gone to waste when served to me at a diner with my burger could fill a pool

actually throw in roasted asparagus for my third, that's pretty solid

I picked beans, vinegar potato salad and corn (assuming it's fresh picked sweet corn)

Grilled asparagus, cucumber salad, pasta salad, guacamole, or fried okra would be good too.

Asparagus makes pee smell strange.
