I'm way too forgiving. None of this would bother me THAT much.

One-uppers / make everything about themselves seem like the same thing really, but those would be the two I'd pick.

I'd add smokers to that list. They smell like shit and the stench leeches on to everything around them. If you smoke, go f yourself.

And this one. Even as a former smoker I have no tolerance for it.

In fact I probably have less tolerance for it.

I sat next to a one upper one semester in high school, he was also a compulsive liar.
He wouldn't always remember what he said exactly so the stories would change whenever he told them again.
It was more funny than annoying.

Slow walkers. Especially at work. If I'm transporting a pallet through the store and people see me, 9/10 they will look at me and just keep slowly walking instead of moving out of the fucking way. Groups of people who take up the entire width also makes this a huge problem. MOVE!!!!!

Other: Flaky people. I haaaaate this and it happens to me constantly. Making plans that always end up in either A) them not showing up at all or B) making some dumbass excuse of why they can't go the day off. I so love reserving hotel rooms for a trip and then the person saying "Oh, I forgot, I work that day haha!" the night before. Hey fuck you.

Slow drivers in fast lane - mostly bothers me because I am good about getting over to the right after I pass someone.

People who talk on cellphone in public places. Really annoys me. Or even if you have a loud conversation with someone in a public place.

All of these:


Slow drivers in the fast lane.
People with bad grammar (spoken or written).
People who stand too close behind you in a line (supermarket, ticket line, etc).
People who talk with food in their mouth (and maybe spit while they talk too).
Someone chewing/eating while on the phone with you.
People who have to "one-up" everyone - their story or tragedy, etc is bigger than everyone else's.
People who constantly interrupt and try to guess your story while you're still telling it.
Groups of people who walk really slow and take up the whole width of the hallway so you have to walk slow behind them.
People who talk really loud on their cell phone in public areas - grocery store, airport terminal, etc.
People who wear too much perfume/cologne to work.
People who sit at a red light/stop sign and refuse to turn right even if it's clear (and legal).


Plus:

People whose pet peeve is people with more than five pet peeves.

Tourists who see you biking towards them but they just stare at you and don't get out of the way, leading you to want to kick them and/or their ugly children as you bike through them.

You have to understand:

1) It's a bike route.
2) The sidewalks are designed to allow tons of people walking side by side, yet somehow two people walking next to each other still find a way to suck up the entire thing.
3) It's a bike route.

It's even worse when we get the on-street designated bike lane so we won't be on the sidewalk and either pedestrians or joggers are out in it anyway.

Bikers who don't follow the law when biking on roads.
