It's classic and I almost chose it, but I feel the same way about Home Alone. |
I think most of the popular christmas movies are overquoted, it just depends on your circle and which movie(s) they're most attached to.

I watched the 2009 Jim Carrey version yesterday. I usually love any variation, too.
I also love Die Hard, which we watched last year on Christmas Eve.
My favorite is It's a Wonderful Life. This year we're watching The Family Stone (hopefully if we can push it past the men :P ). | | |
