Pacific Coast Canada, New Zealand, Iceland, southern tip of Argentina or any of those places that are gray and rainy all the time but make up for it by having mountains.

Iceland is #1 on my list of countries I want to visit for a vacation. However, I'm pretty certain I wouldn't want to live there, as I'm not a fan of seafood, so I'd feel like Curtis does everywhere. |
We're sometimes called the US of Northern Europe, you don't have to eat seafood unless you want to, there's plenty of junk food to eat.
What would throw most people off is the weather (especially the wind) and darkness.

I plan to move back home at some point in the near future, other countries I'd like to live in would be Denmark and Norway.
Both are similar culturally and have higher wages (especially Norway) and Denmark has much more temperate weather.
The languages would be very easy for me to get fluent in (and are easy for English speakers to learn too).

I don't mind rain or darkness, some people get depressed because of it apparently.
The small amount of sun would be good for you since you wouldn't sunburn (:
The wind can be annoying though, since it makes everything just worse.

I need the sun surprisingly. Just not insanely strong amounts. I'm one of the people who gets tired when the weather is rainy/grey/dark

The weather sounds like my dream.
I forgot Norway Sweden Finland and Greenland on my initial list. Dark gray and mountainous. That's all I need
EDIT: Also Turkey even though it doesn't fit my usual standards

I think Greenland is a terrible place to live, Finland is nice but the language is so different since it isn't a Germanic language, it sounds funny though would be fun to speak probably.
