You couldn't have a normal conversation anymore since you wouldn't stop talking when the person you are talking to is speaking.

Saying your intrusive thoughts means that if you're holding someone's baby, you might say "What would happen if I throw this baby across the room? Do it."
If you have intrusive thoughts that is.

You would literally stop interacting with other people, while if you're mute you can use other means to communicate.
No one will want to be near you.

Same, I'm not that chatty in real life. So anything important, you could get out in some manner. But to not be able to control what you say would get you into all kinds of trouble! lol

Also, everyone texts anyway or uses twitter/instragram or whatever is the most popular social media right now.

Definitely B. I'd be slapped 6 or 7 times a day just from the woman in my office, especially since I'm pretty sure they only higher very hot ones.

Also- trying to get around the "not speak" by saying you'll write it down or type it or such is cheating. I read this as "Not able to communicate... period".
