Would love to see an Oilers/Senators final. :P
Even though the Oilers eliminated my team.

Predicting Preds over Pens in 6 leading to the beginning of the end of the city of Montreal, Quebec when fiery riots occur over the demands of Marc Bergevin's head on a stake.

The Ducks lost me a bet with my girlfriend tonight, fuck you Anaheim. Gj Gibson though -- 40+ saves, kept the Ducks alive.

The last time a Canadian team won the cup I was less than a month old.
The curse of Big Dyl continues. | "So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

To be fair I think either way the Preds could have got here with Weber, yes it was a bad trade for the Habs, but the Preds were always getting better and better, and I don't think Subban was truly the piece that put them over. Still, Habs fans should hate Bergevin for it

Oh for sure, was just doing a bit of trolly banter there! I think Weber is a great fit for the Habs due to the east being a bit speedier and Weber being able to be a big body in the backend.
Regardless, great game tonight. Was really hoping the Sens would pull out an underdog victory but the Pens dominated them in their zone in the overtime periods. Refs were far too lenient tonight, though. A lot of questionable calls, especially the stoppage once Kessel got dinged in the helmet whilst the Sens had possession.

I really wanted Karlsson to do some end to end magic (as a Leaf fan, hard to root for the Sens) but really didn't want another Pittsburgh finals, just like Cavs/Warriors again. Great effort for a team not suppose to make the playoffs, and a goalie who was suppose to take time off to be with his ailing wife, with a defencemen who supposedly was done after an achilles injury.
