I don't see them replacing any of the actors that leave, I think if anything those characters either get killed off or "retire" and probably cameo in other movies down the line

I think there will always be a Cap or an Iron man. So when those actors leave someone else takes over the role.

Well because it's been done in comics Bucky or Falcon could take over as cap.

Not sure war machine ever got popular enough to take over as iron man so not sure what they would do there.

well I think Hulk is one of the few that wouldn't really skip a beat lol. They've done it already and I don't think Ruffalo has exactly become synonymous with the role like RDJ/Chris Evans

That is very true. Shame he's one of my fav characters but maybe he's only meant to play off the others.
