Samoa. I wanna see if he roots for Brett's run and what he thinks of Hantz |
I didn't even know who Brett was until like the finale of that season |
That's the legend of Brett

I would suggest a season like Australia but the game is so different now that he might not enjoy it as much since there isn't as much strategizing as the seasons you showed him. It has the original challenge beast though.
But yeah I agree with Tocantins. Always been an underrated season in my mind. Samoa would be cool too. |
I was going to suggest Australia too. | A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart. |

How are we talking about seasons with immunity runs and skipping Gabon? That's not just an immunity run, that's a guy your dad's age on an immunity run. I'd be interested to see what he thinks of the likes of Randy and Crystal Cox. As far as suggestions for more... conventional seasons, I agree with Tocantins and Pearl Islands. |

Nicaragua! Fabio is the man! I would suggest a newer season if he likes fast pace. San Juan Del Sur isn't a bad idea either | "So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

I'd probably go with Cooks to see who C likes between Yul and Ozzy, since they're like totally different players - memorable in their own way.
Samoa is also p good for one of his first seasons I think. It was the first season I watched and it got me hooked. I don't think I found Russell THAT unbearable that season.

Pearl Islands is a great for an old school season, and to make sure he knows of the legend of Sandra and JFP (and to a lesser extent Rupert) early before they pop up again later
Newer I would do Gabon, funny with a great cast
Really though, just show him everything he needs to know to watch HvV, because HvV is amazing. | naonka : saus:: bill:

PI Rupert is good. My dad introduced to survivor and I think thats the first season I watched when I was younger. I think my parents loved him because he was from our home state. I remember being in swim classes at my HS and he made an appearance there for the swim team, I was so happy to meet him and shake his hand. He's one of the nicest guys out there. | Winner of 11 Courses of Thanksgiving

Update: After watching through the current season three times by now, he has somehow learned how to use Amazon Prime Video on his own. He wanted to watch "Season 6", having no idea what it was, and somehow came up with Philippines, which was certainly not Season 6.
He's watched that, China and is currently on Micronesia. I told him to do Samoa next. |
