I loved The Collector. Zersch you saw the sequel right?

Yeah - re-watched it not that long ago since I saw that it was on Netflix Instant. The first one is my favorite but the sequel was fun for sure. Loved the club scene and that it was like one of the first things to happen in the movie.

The Collection was pretty good for a sequel, keeping the same main character from the first one was a big help!

Just watched In the Mouth of Madness yesterday, it's crazy as hell. Definitely worth a watch. The aforementioned Resolution was definitely neat. Also Jacob's Ladder if you haven't seen it. And give The Collector a shot.

Did you get Alan Wake vibes from it like I did? Or I guess I got Mouth of Madness vibes from Alan Wake.

Yeah, there was something like that going through my mind. Might just be because of the author/weird sleepy little town/ax wielding psychopaths/descent into madness thing they both have going on. Which I guess is a sufficient amount of similarities.
