First episode was great. Very cinematic feeling to it. Really enjoyed it!

Just finished episode four. Really excited for tonight's episode. This show is so different from what's out there now.

| The roulette scene in the 3rd episode is easily one of my favorite moments of television this summer, god damn. The whole casino scene really was great. Especially him destroying the mugger. |

I really like this show, it seems like after every episode i feel a little bit creeped out or uneasy which is a recipe for success in my book. I end up saying "WHAT THE FUCK" at least a couple times per episode. | | |

They've done a good job of slowly introducing and familiarizing the cult. The very first episode we didn't get a "wow look at this cult our audience is dumb so let's explain everything to them", they have sort've eased it in and now it just feels normal. | | |

My favorite part was when Lori went outside and blew the whistle in Matt's face. So good. Those moments work the best on this show I think. When Lori starts crying as Matt starts speaking, she runs outside and it says a lot about her character. But then she surprises us and does a 180 and blows the whistle, and that says even more about her
They keep packing episodes full of those moments. The characters are really complex and always surprising | |

Has there been any background information given on Liv Tyler's character or why she's so miserable? I assume she lost someone close to her on the 14th but I don't think it's been mentioned? Also wondering why she was recruited/followed by the cult. I'm hoping we get some flashback sequences in the next upcoming episodes.

| by the look of next week's preview, with it focusing on Nora... it looks like some characters are going to get one episode completely devoted to them. I like that. I really enjoyed the episode that revolved around the minster. |
