Iceland is great in the summer, not too hot and usually good weather.

Do not recommend coming here during the winter though, unless you come for new years eve.

I'd like to visit just once, if only to punch Ari in the face.

I'd actually like to visit too tbh. I watched a Sigur Ros documentary awhile ago and I've wanted to visit ever since. Seems like a place full of nice people minus one or two

Hell, come to Canada. Spend one winter here, and you'll be cured of your coldlust for LIFE.
I've already ticked two boxes off of Rob's Four Places He Must Visit Before He Dies List, having successfully visited both Big Ben in London and Red Square in Moscow this year.
If I'm lucky, Tierra del Feugo in Argentina and the Forbidden City in China will happen someday.
In the meantime, I really would like to go back to England for a longer period of time. I lived there for four months, and I absolutely fell in love with the lifestyle. In a perfect life, I'd live in Oxford, eating crumpets and drinking Cherry Cola for the rest of my days.
Also wouldn't mind seeing Ireland, the city of Athenry in particular. I hear it's beautiful. |

Hate to say it but he's right, crumpets and shit isn't and never has been the English way of life apart from a few.
The average English lifestyle it consists of waking up every day and going to work, coming home and watching TV. This routine punctuated by PUB or CLUB. Basically like American life with all the same stupidity involving high fructose corn syrup, mind rot reality shows, widespread alcoholism and depression, and a culture that is increasingly inward-looking, entitled, narcissistic and litigious.
Not trying to scare you away, just don't get your hopes up.

Oxford is very nice but it's by far the nicest part of the country I've visited in my entire life and I've been around a fair bit. |
Oxford is nice, but the lake district is nicer.
Most places out in the country, a reasonable distance from big settlements like towns and cities, are fine. | I'M BLACK MOTHERFUCKERS |
