On the forum or on the thread list?

When you click in a thread, it should automatically mark that thread as read. If you want to mark every thread in a forum there's a link at the bottom to mark them all as read.

To mark the forum Icon as read so it doesn't show up with new posts you can just click it.

If it's not working when you click into a thread that's some kind of a bug.

Should be able to. It's a little trickier but not outside the realm of possibility. I'll look into it.

I've blocked Leos for breaking the forum, thinking this would fix my board partially, but didn't work.

Stating the obvious, but thread title and thread description character limits might be useful :P

If it were possible to like that post more than once, I totally would.

It absolutely should. I'm currently going through each page and bringing it up to speed. The one I'm working on now is the forum view page which should also block your ignored threads. The reason I haven't run it out yet is that I wanted to add more creative control over the feature and also there's no simple way to have "display ignored threads" like there is "display ignored posts". All things I'll take into consideration though. Not updating the main forum page with the last reply if the last reply was by an ignored user is fairly involved however, but I'll look into that too.

They exist, they're just clearly far too lenient. I think it can go as high as 100 characters which is far too generous for a brief title.

100 sounds pretty fair compared to what we had earlier ;) lol I hit new posts and the text looked like grains of sand on my screen.

I think on EN we had 'Today's Top Poster' as a stat above the active users list. That could be cool to bring back again. I think it inspired competition (:

On EN you could rise to the top of that list just by posting at all
