Why Batman:
1: Batman gets all the ladies
Have you seen all the ladies batman rolls in with. Taliah Al-Ghul, Catwoman, Rachel Dawes just to name a few. Superman has Lois Lane.
2: Batman is stinking rich

Even if Batman beat the crap out of Superman it's because Superman let him, Superman could have gone back in time afterwards and lazered the shit out of baby Batman, because he is ridiculously OP. | |

I remember reading that Batman has a file on like (almost) every super hero in case they go rogue, including a way to completely neutralize Superman. But I think some super villain manipulated him and got those files and took everyone out. Luckily some random super hero that Batman didn't document happened to be walking through town and saved the day.
His Superman file probably just said "read: kryptonite" though.
What I'm trying to say is I picked Batman, but now I'm thinking it might be too much paperwork.
