words. People who read books are usually not walking while they're reading, but a lot of times, people will read things as they walk. :P

although, in your life...there'd be a few early years where you stepped more than you read anything. Even as a kid, you're a lot more active, but you're in school all day and homework, so it'd probably even out there. As an adult, I feel like you'd be reading a lot more than stepping unless you go to the an aerobics class (or similar) regularly or walk to and from school or work. Obviously reading was my first instinct and just sitting here typing this (and reading as I go) is more steps than I will take before I leave for work in a bit probably, but it's probably pretty close for some people.
