I'm a little sad this isnt going to have anything to do with Darth maul. His return in clone wars and obsession with Obi wan was great and also Maul appears in Solo in a random cameo it seems like its building towards something but they squander their final confrontation by having it take place in the Star Wars Rebels cartoon so now they can't really do anything live action with it. Makes me wonder what even the point was with that Maul tease.

dw instead they'll give us the Obi-Wan vs Vader rematch which will make A New Hope's dialogue make zero sense

(not that I'm not kinda excited to see Hayden back, but there's no way this is gonna fit in with the movies)

I was hoping since it's Hayden and I haven't heard about James Earl Jones that maybe it'll be more of a spiritual or dream battle between them? But I don't know for sure.

tbh I kinda wish it was just the lowkey adventures of Obi-Wan in the desert as he descends into becoming the weird old hermit that Luke knows him as but obv I can see why they're going for the more action-packed route here
