Side Quest #1: Caged Prisoner

Deeper into the jungle, you encounter a haggard looking man trapped in a metal cage dangling off the ground. The man claims to be Mansfield's prisoner. If you have a key, do you wish to free him?

A. Yes

Marnu was seething. He was consumed with anger and was literally seeing red. He could not believe that his fellow frogs would behave in such a barbaric and gruesome manner.

Not only had they poisoned him when he first made contact with him, not only were they hunting him and his friends for sport on a remote island, not only had they slaughtered countless innocents... but they hadn't even remembered to thank him for last night's dinner performance.

"This time it's personal... Vandal and Hustus, pick up your deadliest weapons. It's time we taught this frog a lesson."

He then turned to Murder Bunny "You know, I think there's been a distinct lack of murder among these parts the last few days. Care to join us?"

And then he turned to his other good friend Booberella "I just wanted to thank you one more time for the antitoxin that you provided for me. My tummy feels so much better"

Sometimes simple is best, Calius told himself proudly.

The trophy room, the bunny head mounted on the wall...truth be told, it had shaken Murder Bunny to his very core.

It was true, his excitement was so palpable that he could not stop his hands from shaking from adrenaline. Truth be told, he had briefly considered turning coat and seeing if Mansfield had one extra spot on his crew, his style was admirable.

But then...he looked down at his swinging mace, and observed the thumb smudge they had failed to fully wipe clean. Did they really think he wouldn't notice? And not only that, but now they really seemed to think they could hunt him like...like some common prey? Oh yeah, and the whole threatening his crew thing wasn't great either.

If they wanted his mace, he'd give them a mace. Straight to the face.
