After a good night's rest, Calius rolls off his bed and lands firmly on his feet. He places a lazy hand on the tip of his neck and gives it a little crack.

"Ah, as good as new." He cracks a smile, and gives his pair of horns a short massage before dressing up and heading outside, letting the hare and the tortoise sleep a bit longer.

"I need to find a tree." Calius muttered under his breath, as he ventured outside, immediately finding a tree somewhere in the forest. "You'll do."

Calius picked up his glave and began to carve a symbol on the tree.

Once he had finished carving the symbol, Calius closed his eyes and started praying.

"Asmodea, queen of the night, hear my prayer." Calius prayed. "Give me guidance, lady of trees."

The wind slowly started to kick up a notch, Calius felt the winds embrace his whole body. "Yes, yes. Speak to me." He said softly, slowly opening his eyes as a message had been left on the tree. It read:

Calius scratched his head for a bit, trying to decipher the message. The message had been painted with black tree sap, so Calius figured Asmodea was making fun of him.

"Do you have any other message for me, Mistress?" Calius asks the winds. "Perhaps something a bit clearer?"

He closed his eyes and tried again, only for a new message to be inscribed on the tree. This time, the message had been burned into the tree, as the smoke cleared the message that had been left seemed to imply a name.

Some of the riff raff inside have been whispering about stealing some of those horses to gather a head start. Do you perchance know if there is a means for me and my companions, The Assblasters, to instead purchase some of these horses for the journey ahead?"

I learned some recipes while studying with the alliance, I should be able to make something that will help us in our journey! Just gotta be careful, who knows what lurks in these woods.
