That happened to me a few weeks ago and stayed like that for a bit, then changed back to normal

Yup

I still see no changes with the skin I'm using. Cbf'd to check the others.

I went through every skin to see if any of them looked weird for me. In both "Desktop" mode and "Windows 8" mode.

Dark Grey/Orange Fast Reply/Topic/PM section of the bar is see through and avatars can be seen through it as you scroll down.

That was about it, c-box looked the same on all.

But I do remember the c-box looking like that screenshot for me sometime in the past.

Woah, it is see through. I think that's an issue with the way that's set up in the skinbuilder though.
