sorry about that, i was rather tired. i try to keep my language appropriate to the general tone of the place im taking part in a discussion in. around here i try not to curse much because i don't feel its the right culture, plus when i do it stands out more.

Looking back at Ahoda's day 1 posts reveals a whole lot of nothing. It's odd that he'd be silenced by maf night 1, but I guess it is pretty likely at this point?

i could see someone silencing him just to piss him off.

There's one thing that I haven't really seen anyone bring up.

Can anyone recall a prior game where town had a role cop? I know in Brian's games there were town flavor cops, but I think a full on role cop has been a mafia role in any game I've played. There could be an unconventional distribution of roles/factions in this game.

Not that it really has any impact on this particular day, but something to keep in mind.

i do think it's sus of the people who were online to just want to be "bystanders" of an obviously majority vote happening, even if it was close to the deadline. but that is just me. and i also think it's a lil' sus that DS is defending them, as well as helios trying to deflect scum onto badger for no real reason. but that is just me

I'm not defending anyone. I think it's suss that people are acting like everyone knew nofo was going to flip scum when that vote didn't even begin to materialize until the last few minutes

I have never seen a town role cop, fwiw.

To be frank, I'm more interested in how certain people e.g., DS are trying to dismiss discussion about the Nofo train moreso than who was or wasn't online.

Umm.. No. I'm saying (and have said multiple times today) that we should come back to it in the upcoming days. At this point it was just a lucky half court shot at the buzzer

I've seen role cops, it's not that common here but I wouldn't call it unconventional.

One of my favorite roles to add to a game is a dream cop which is essentially a town role cop

There is a bit of a difference between a lucky half court shot at the buzzer and end of D1, which is the point being made. It was clearly going to be Nofo or Miko then, so activity that avoided one of those two votes shows that someone didn't want to look like they were voting one way or another. That can be scummy, regardless of Nofo's flip - moreso if Miko flips BG later. For example, we know Cherry didn't move and CHerry was BG with knowledge of what Nofo was.
