I can’t find the post but I think it was stargate that mentioned it about whenever recruited rodney to their mason team to out themselves in a way to defend rodney and I think that’s a bad idea. If rodney is apart of a second mason team it’s better for that recruiter to stay a mystery so scum doesn’t go and just target that person. I think it would be better for that mason team to continue to build their numbers.

Not that I believe a second mason group exists but just incase

if he had gotten a yes, that means he'd have found two masons or two scummates. Assuming he's being truthful. He wouldn't have been a mason when he used this ability, yet he called it weaker than the other ability. Being a regular townie with that role, maybe he assumed there would a team of masons, but unless you know then you'd assume it was about finding scummates. If he'd gotten a yes, that would be pretty powerful. The other ability, which he called his strongest, could have given him a yes as well, which would be useless, until one of them flipped, since they could both be scum, or both be town. I'm just using his own with what we know. I'm not sure if it's anything.

I just don't see why it's so far fetched and unbelievable what I'm saying. Obviously this game has lots of factions and recruiting going on. My role makes it even more clear to me that this is just the mechanic. Someone dies recruiting me and it's just unheard of to all of you that I could possibly not be scum. Its literally the game mechanic, I just don't think it takes all these leaps in logic to realize I'm right. The groupthink and heel digging has made this impossible. I'm beyond frustrated so sorry if I'm being short, JJ

but sometimes it is just the simplest explanation.

I do love the idea, no, sorry we love the idea of Rodney telling the full truth and his Mason partner, and or partners sitting back and being like 🤷 🤷 🤷
