Can't say I'm a huge Pearl Jam fan, but I do love a handful of the typical songs.
Pearl Jam talk has given me the urge to listen to Alice in Chains. They were probably my favorite of the grunge scene, and this is possibly my favorite song by them. Do you think your taste has changed significantly since your top 20 albums topic years ago?

Without a doubt. It has changed and shifted all over the place. That list was so narrow, only really including albums from a ten year span. That being said I would say that I still consider the albums I listed as my favorite albums for a vast majority of the bands.
For an example, Rust in Peace would be lucky to be anything but an honorable mention now when I had it in the top 3 - I could still listen to it and enjoy it, but it doesn't really do anything more for me anymore. I would try to focus more on albums I enjoyed the entire way through instead of ones that had a few great songs and a lot of filler. But that'd probably be a harder list to come up with. Honestly still kind of satisfied with 4/5 of the top 5 though.
If I had finished the aughts list I'd wager it would be near entirely different. That Alice in Chains song is pretty good, I wasn't familiar with it.
